Payment Information:

Pay for your Items safely in just a few clicks.

All payments are protected by 256- bit SSL Encryptions, no card details are ever stored.

We accept payment from Visa, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Electron, American Express. PayPal.

All payments are secured by STRIPE.

 

Shipping Information.

Delivery is free on orders over £40.00, any orders below this amount, we shall charge you the best possible rate achieved from our courier.

 

We only deliver to the UK Mainland, for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and overseas, please CONTACT US and we shall quote you for this service / delivery.

 

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

All orders are usually processed and despatched within 7 working days, should an Item be out of stock we shall advise you and will be placed on a back order.

All orders will be despatched on a next day delivery service.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order.

Please send a note with your order to designate a safe place to leave your parcel, should no one be in to sign for your delivery.

 

 

Returns Information.

Cancellation and Returns:

You have a legal right to cancel your order when you purchase / buy online.

 

You have a legal right to change your mind about any of the products you buy from us and can return them to us with a full refund providing you tell us no later than 14 days from the date of placing your order and have not opened any of the Items received, where the goods have all ready been sent to you. You must then return them to us at your expense and ensure the goods are packaged appropriately to ensure they arrive back with us (the supplier) undamaged.

 

How to cancel your order:

To cancel your order, call us or send an email to info@cottagefayre.co.uk together with your order number, name and address and the date of your order.

 

Faulty and Misdescribed Goods:

Important: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you have the right to reject any of our products, where there is a fault and that the offending product does not match the description on the label.

 

Simply call us or send an email stating what the problem is together with your order number, Name and Address and we shall send a replacement immediately. Alternatively, should you wish, we can send you a refund if that is what you would prefer.

 

 

Alternative Dispute Resolution:

Whilst we shall endeavour to everything, we can resolve a dispute, should you not be pleased with the outcome, you can take this issue up with the (ODR).

In accordance with the EU Regulation on consumer online dispute (ODR), the European commission has established an ODR platform that will allow consumers who have a problem with goods or services purchased online to submit a complaint via an online complaint form.

 

If you have a problem with goods purchased from us online, you can use this platform to make a complaint and have it resolved by an independent dispute resolution body.
